This TEENZA, PFS 200mm hand operated heat sealer is designed for light duty industrial heat sealing applications of many different types of plastic such as PE, PP, BOPP, cellophane and more. This sealer is capable of sealing a maximum width of 200mm. Please note that this model does not come with a built in trimmer blade, so cannot be used to cut plastic.
the sealer comes with the following features:
- SEALING TEMPERATURE CONTROL – There is no need for any warm-up time, simply plug in the machine and set the control timer to the desired setting according to the thickness of your plastic. The sealer does not use any electricity until the handle is pressed and the sealing mechanism is activated.
- EASY TO OPERATE – This sealer, like all impulse sealers uses a simple manual press operation. As per the diagram to the left, simply place the bag beneath the sealing jaw and lightly press the handle all the way down until it is fully closed and the control timer light comes on. leave down for a second or two, according to the time required for materials of various thicknesses, and the red light will go out after sealing is completed. Hold down the handle for and extra 1-1.5 seconds to achieve best sealing effect.
- APPLICATIONS – Used for home consolidation, beverages, gifts or shops such as medicine, candy stores, cafes, snacks, warehouses, etc. the impulse heat sealer can seal more than 10,000 bags.
- SAFE – The hand-operated impulse sealers are durable industrial grade machines designed to seal plastic bags, polypropylene (poly bags), bubble bags, pvc, polyester, kraft paper bag and teabag. Use as per the instruction manual and remember this is an electrical appliance – do not expose to water or clean with damp cloth.
